"Posture Ease", "we", "us", and "our" refer to 351Electro Soft Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens under your account.

If you discover unauthorised access, email team+security@postureease.tech immediately.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the device or app.
• Use the service to break any law or to harm anyone.
• Resell, rent, or sublicense the service without our written permission.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or abuse our infrastructure.

Posture Ease is a wellness device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition affecting your spine, neck, or shoulders, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the device.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Preorder deposits are fully refundable until the device ships. Once shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

The Posture Ease name, logo, designs, firmware, and app are owned by 351Electro Soft Pvt. Ltd. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them, not ownership.

Your posture data belongs to you. Always.

We aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Your device will continue to work offline for at least 10,000 events at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

You can close your account any time from inside the app. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms after giving you reasonable notice, unless the breach is serious or illegal.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
