Your Posture Ease device comes with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and covers the following issues arising from normal use:
- Manufacturing Defects: Faults in the product assembly or materials.
- Sensor Malfunctions: Failure of the posture sensors to detect or transmit data accurately.
- Charging Module Faults: Issues with the device's ability to charge or hold a charge due to a component failure.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not extend to damage caused by factors outside of manufacturing, including:
- Water Damage: The device is not waterproof. Any damage from exposure to liquids is not covered.
- Physical Damage: Breakage, cracks, or other damage resulting from drops, misuse, or accidents.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempt to open, repair, or modify the device by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your device is eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at team@postureease.tech with your original proof of purchase.
- In your email, clearly describe the issue you are experiencing.
- Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the problem. This helps our team diagnose the issue faster.
Our team will assess your claim and, if it is approved, will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
